Features:
Baodu wall use the 1000mm dislocation double mortise and tenon
joint with Pu sealing rockwool sandwich panel. (connection picture
as follows )
1.The PU sealing not only can strength the connection but also can
make sure the connection be more smooth. And Pu sealing also can
reduce the thermal bridging situation in extremely cold area.
2.The hidden screw facade can prevent the rain or chemical
corrosion so that improve the sandwich panel life , which also can
make it more beautiful.
3.Dislocation double mortise and tenon joint can make sure the
sandwich panel connection be more fasten and which also can prevent
the rain goes back to the interior.
4.Double steel plates are used in the connection part which can
improve sandwich panel wind-proof function without any nails.
5.Sponge bar are used in the connection part which can provide
better airtightness and free from thermal bridging
